Lindsay and Ryan's home, built in the early 2000s, was ready for a renovated master bathroom.

We removed the original bathtub in order to create a much larger walk-in shower with custom niches and relocated the toilet to allow for a much larger vanity.

Custom cabinetry was built, quartz counter tops were selected and installed, and new tile was laid on the floor and throughout the shower. Radiant heat was also added below the tile to keep their feet warm. We selected sinks, mirrors, lighting and hardware as well as a new sleek toilet for easier cleaning around the base. We topped it off with a bit of art and wall baskets for toilet paper and towels.

 

During this renovation, we also swapped out the kitchen back splash with a more current subway tile. We had worked on their kitchen a couple years back and this was something they had held off on at the time so we made that happen during round two!
